What is Carphone Warehouse Refer a Friend?

With Carphone Warehouse Refer a Friend, we’ll reward you and your friend when they purchase a pay monthly phone contract from us.  

You can refer as many friends as you like using the sharing buttons. They’ll each get a unique link.

How does it work?

It’s easy. Just share our post through social media or email using the sharing buttons.
When your friend purchases an eligible pay monthly phone contract, we’ll automatically track the sale and reward you both with a £25 gift card.

Buying Online

Your friend will need to click the Buy Online button, and purchase their new pay monthly phone contract from carphonewarehouse.com

Buying In-Store

Your friend will need to click the Buy In-Store button, and purchase their new pay monthly phone contract from one of our stores. They will then need to confirm their transaction number on the Refer a Friend platform

Are there any restrictions?  

This can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer from Carphone Warehouse including cashback websites.
As we track purchases using cookies, to get the £25 gift card, your friend must click on your referral link before they purchase. If they click on your link, and then receive a link from somebody else and click on that, your original link will be cancelled and you won’t receive the gift card.

Can I enter if I don’t live in the UK?

Right now we’re only accepting UK referrals.

Do I have to sign up to Carphone Warehouse Refer a Friend?

It’s not compulsory. But if you would like to receive a reward, then you’ll need to login to your rewards page and verify your email so we can send the gift card to the right place.

How many times can I share the offer?

You can share as many times as you like. And the more times you share, the more chance your friends will see your post and buy a phone contract.

How can I share the offer?

You can share on Facebook, Twitter or by email. And the more ways you share, the more chances you’ll have of getting a reward.  

Fraudulent purchases

We’ll be monitoring transactions to make sure that every purchase is genuine. Any fraudulent sign ups or purchases will lead to disqualification from the offer.  
 

Gift Cards

How will I know if I’ve received a reward?

If you’ve signed up and a friend you’ve referred has made an eligible purchase, you’ll receive an email from us once the purchase has been validated. This process can take up to 45 days.
How do I claim my gift card?
Details of how to claim your gift card will be in an email sent by Gift Cloud, the company who provide the gift cards.

Who do I contact if I don’t receive my gift card?

If you’ve received an email from us notifying you that you have successfully referred a friend and you don’t receive your gift card within 10 working days, email info@seed.media and we’ll get back to you within five working days.

How do you know when my friends have made a purchase?

Using the referral link you sent to your friend, we can see who’s signed up and made a purchase. Using cookies, we can track sign ups, clicks and purchases, and link it back to your referral code so we can issue your reward.
